Did you do ballet as a child but haven’t set foot in a studio for decades? Have you always secretly wanted to give it a go but not had the chance?
This class will rekindle your love for ballet, or introduce you to a beautiful dance style in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Following a traditional class structure, we will cover the basics of technique while developing posture, poise and confidence.
Ruth is an experienced teacher with a holistic approach so you are in safe hands.

Tap your troubles away!
Fast and fun, adult tap is a wonderful way to keep fit, to improve your balance and coordination, to increase bone density and to reduce stress. Each week you will practise basic tap steps and then combine them into a routine all to a fabulous, catchy soundtrack that will have you humming all the way home!

Mindful Movement
A unique, inclusive and judgement-free class which seeks to help you develop a healthy and compassionate relationship with your body.
Drawing inspiration from contemporary dance, meditation and pilates, this class offers a safe space to reconnect with you body in a playful and supportive environment. The lighting is low, the music inviting and heartwarming, and any pressure to perform intentionally non-existing.
If the saying ‘dance like no-one is watching’ speaks to you, and you’d like to develop the freedom to move comfortably and unselfconsciously - this class is designed especially for you.
